Join Tash for a deeply restorative Myofascial Release (MFR) 2 hour workshop designed to help you unwind tension, improve mobility, and reconnect with your body. Using gentle, sustained pressure and guided techniques, you’ll learn to release fascia, ease chronic tightness, and support your nervous system.

A slow flow and sensory experience designed to help you soften, reset, and come home to yourself. We’ll move gently, awaken the senses with sound and aromatherapy, and finish with nourishing rest - leaving you grounded, clear and calm.

Join Georgia for a playful and energising 90-minute Rocket© 1 workshop. A strong, dynamic practice designed to build heat, strength and confidence on the mat.
Expect a powerful practice with space to try new things, move with curiosity and enjoy the process
This workshop is best suited to those with an existing yoga practice who are comfortable with a stronger, more dynamic class.
Please note: This workshop is not suitable during pregnancy, for complete beginners, or for anyone currently working with injuries.

6 Week Beginners Yoga
Join our 6-week “Back to Basics” course, 100% beginner-friendly. We’ll cover the foundations: movement, breathwork, meditation, and sprinkle in a little yoga philosophy along the way!
Sadly no jumping between locations, choose either Nailsworth or Brimscombe.
Coffee Masterclass
I love coffee… I have always loved making coffee so much and I am super excited to br bringing these masterclasses to the studio.
Join me on Sat 27th June for a morning of coffee making fun where you will learn the basics of espresso and latte art.
Yoga & Sauna
YOGA & SAUNA MORNING ✨🧘♀️🔥
Saturday 11th July
Join us for a beautiful Saturday morning of movement, connection and relaxation.
We’ll begin with our usual Saturday 9am yoga class at the studio, followed by coffee and a snack together before taking a gentle walk along the canal to The Sauna Drop for our 11am sauna session.
After the sauna, we’ll walk back to the studio together and expect to arrive back around 12:30pm.
A gorgeous way to start the weekend — yoga, fresh air, community, coffee and sauna time.
How to book:
Please book your 9am yoga class and your sauna session separately on the g&g the booking system.
Spaces for the sauna are limited, so please book quickly if you’d like to join us.
