MFR with Tash
Join Tash for a deeply restorative Myofascial Release (MFR) 2 hour workshop designed to help you unwind tension, improve mobility, and reconnect with your body. Using gentle, sustained pressure and guided techniques, you’ll learn to release fascia, ease chronic tightness, and support your nervous system.
Yoga & Sauna
NEW DATE COMING SOON
Join us for a beautiful Saturday morning of movement, connection and relaxation.
We’ll begin with our usual Saturday 9am yoga class at the studio, followed by coffee and a snack together before taking a gentle walk along the canal to The Sauna Drop for our 11am sauna session.
After the sauna, we’ll walk back to the studio together and expect to arrive back around 12:30pm.
A gorgeous way to start the weekend — yoga, fresh air, community, coffee and sauna time.
How to book:
Please book your 9am yoga class and your sauna session separately on the g&g the booking system.
Spaces for the sauna are limited, so please book quickly if you’d like to join us.

Rocket© with Georgia
Join Georgia for a playful and energising 90-minute Rocket© 1 workshop. A strong, dynamic practice designed to build heat, strength and confidence on the mat.
Expect a powerful practice with space to try new things, move with curiosity and enjoy the process
This workshop is best suited to those with an existing yoga practice who are comfortable with a stronger, more dynamic class.
Please note: This workshop is not suitable during pregnancy, for complete beginners, or for anyone currently working with injuries.

Charity Open Days
We are opening our studios for 2 days to raise money for Stroud Food Bank. All of the teachers have kindly donated their time so that all of the donations we take on the day can go straight to the food bank!
This is a great excuse to make your way to the studio if you’ve never been before! We hope to welcome in new faces along side our familiar crowd!

Join us for a magical Christmas Wreath Making Evening on Friday 27th November, 7 till 9pm, right here at our Nailsworth studio. As part of the Nailsworth Noel evening, why not wander the town, enjoy the festive stalls and local shops before settling in to create your own beautiful wreath with Sharon. Accupuncture, Reiki & Sound
Join Grace & Imogen for a deeply restorative evening inspired by the energy of autumn. A season of slowing down, letting go and turning inward.
We’ll begin with an expansive breathwork practice focused on the lungs and breath, creating space in the body and encouraging you to slow down, release and turn inward. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the lungs are associated with autumn and the process of letting go.
From there, Grace will guide a gentle Reiki practice, working with the energy around the lungs and creating a sense of grounding and connection.
We’ll then settle into a deeply restorative sound healing journey. As you rest, Grace will use crystal bowls and chimes to create a soothing soundscape, while Imogen works with gentle acupuncture points in the ear, allowing you to simply lie back, receive and soak up the experience.
No previous experience of breathwork, Reiki, acupuncture or sound healing is needed. Just come as you are, get cosy and give yourself an evening to pause, breathe and reconnect.
A beautiful autumn evening to slow down, let go and make space for yourself.
Christmas Shopping Evening
Join us at Grace & Glow on Thursday 11th December for a cosy evening of Christmas shopping, good company and festive cheer.
We’ll be bringing together a lovely selection of independent makers, small businesses and local stalls, with plenty of unique gifts and goodies to browse — perfect for getting a head start on your Christmas shopping while supporting local.
Alongside the stalls, there’ll be tarot readings, festive drinks, sweet treats and more to make it a proper evening out.
Come along with your friends, grab a festive drink, have a little browse and soak up some Christmas magic at the studio. ✨
