Vinyasa Yoga With Grace

Join Grace for a dynamic vinyasa flow where you will work with the elements of strength, flexibility, balance and mindfulness. Using the breath as a guide you will find your own flow as you work through a sequence of poses designed to find space in your body and bring your awareness inwards.
These classes are suitable for all abilities including beginners.
Please bring your own mat if you have one. We have a few spares if you need one. Please let us know when you book if you need to use one of ours as numbers are limited.
