Vinyasa Flow with Kirsteen

In these sessions we work through fun, creative Vinyasa Flow sequences whilst building strength and flexibility in the body. We move smoothly, slowly and consciously from pose to pose to become aware of the connection between mind, body and breath.

Each week we explore a different aspect of the body, focusing on either hip openings, core strength, forward folds, balancing postures or backbends. And we will finish with a savasana & meditation to ensure you leave the class in a zen like state of calmness.

Expect community, giggles on the mat and to leave class feeling a lighter, brighter, sparklier version of  yourself.
