Vin to Yin With Grace


This class will begin with some breath work followed by a short warm up building up into a short flow. The first half of the class is aimed at building heat in the body and our flow will be structured around building strength as well and flexibility and mobility. Once we’ve moved our bodies and we are nice and warm we will slowly transition into a restorative yin practice for the second half of the class. During the yin we will hold poses for longer, going deeper into the stretch. A great chance for the mind and body to release, and de stress.
