Slow Flow & Yoga Nidra

Wednesday 16th August

6:30pm - 8pm

Slow down and connect to the body and to breath in this flowing and easeful practice. We will end this session with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice (yogic sleep) this practice is designed to help you sleep better, improve your memory, boost creativity and will leave you feeling refreshed and rested.

Wednesday 23rd August

6:30pm - 8pm

This workshop will focus on developing core strength, as well as the Manipura Chakra which relates to inner power and the digestive system. We will focus on core strengthening asana poses, juicy detoxifying twists and pranayama (breathing techniques) as well as a flowing yoga practice to deepen a sense of internal connection and strength.

Finding Balance

Wednesday 30th August

6:30pm - 8pm

This workshop will focus on developing balance physically, mentally and emotionally through asana (physical practice) and pranayama (breathing techniques). With a focus on standing poses, balances and inversions as well as a flowing yoga practice to deepen your ability to feel and find a balance.

Each workshop is £16

2 for £28 or all 3 for £40
