Strong Flow with Grace
During this class we will flow though a variety of poses and explore not only strength but also flexibility, mobility and balance. In yoga we often think about flexibility but it’s really important that we also build strength during our practice. As we flow through different poses we will play around with building strength through pulses, balancing, slow transitions and repetition. This class can be adapted to suit different levels and there will always be the option to challenge yourself.
