Step Into Spring - Day Retreat
Take a day to slow down and re ground as move through practices aimed at strengthening our connection to nature.
We will start the day with a warming practice awakening ourselves and preparing us for the day ahead. Following on from our practice we will take a stroll into some of the beautiful natural areas that surround the studio. Taking inspiration from our time in nature we will spend the afternoon diving into our creativity in a mindful art practice led by Maisie. Throughout the day you will be provided with delicious plant based food lovingly prepared by Harriet. To end our day you will be guided into a deep restful yin practice to make sure you leave relaxed and refreshed.
