Join Ryan for a 2-hour yoga workshop dedicated to helping you work towards the splits with patience, precision, and mindfulness. This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to improve flexibility, open their hips, and progress safely toward achieving a full split. Whether you're a beginner or someone who's been practicing for a while, Ryan will guide you through a series of targeted stretches and strengthening exercises to gradually release tension and increase mobility in the hamstrings, hips, and quadriceps.

 

Throughout the session, Ryan will emphasize proper alignment, mindful breathing, and the importance of working within your body’s current range of motion. You'll learn key techniques to deepen your flexibility, with modifications and props to support you at every stage of your journey. The workshop will also focus on building the strength and stability needed to safely hold the position and avoid injury.
