A soothing way to start your Friday with a gentle wake up for the body moving into a more dynamic stretch and vinyasa flow sequence, breath lead movement with the opportunity to take your practice at a pace that works for you. Closing with a beautiful guided relaxation and body scan to bring you back into alignment. All welcome - variations given however some yoga experience would help.
