Join Matilda for a flowing Yogalates class - fusing the spice of an empowering Pilates practise with some deep stretches, holds and breathwork.

After you’ve worked up some heat in the body Grace will guide you through a guided meditation before you move into a deep restful state with the help of the sound of the crystal sound bowls.
