Sharon
For me, yoga is a story of growth, knowledge and of freedom; thirst and navigation.
Having taught yoga for several years now, my ‘style’ is a fusion of Hatha, functional movement, strength + conditioning with some funkiness thrown in for good measure!
I love to infuse creativity, curiosity and breathwork into my feel-good classes. I aim to guide you into poses and shapes that allow you to develop a thirst for exploration and movement of your own body; finding your unique tonic that makes you find your inner smile and glow. I use props in weird and wonderful ways to not only support you but also to find nourishment, healing and yumminess on the mat.

Jen
After recovering from a broken and dislocated collar bone at the start and the pandemic, Jen found that her normal movement routine no longer supported her body. Jen rediscovered her joy for Pilates; kind low impact movement that still packed a punch! A few years practice later Jen was the strongest she’d ever been both mentally and physically and wanted to share the amazing benefits with others. Jen trained and qualified in 2022, left her full time office role and hasn’t looked back!

Ginny
I strongly believe that yoga is for all abilities, bodies, genders and ages and enjoy working with students to develop; greater movement possibilities, strength, flexibility, posture, alignment and to help find space and release stress and unwanted tension. I enjoy using props and offering adaptions and believe that all students should be working with a sense of kindness towards themselves and their own bodies, meeting themselves where they are on the mat. For me, movement is medicine. My background is in teaching contemporary dance, and choreography, and I use my appreciation of the body, somatic awareness, and my creativity to develop yoga sequences and flows. Expect fluid and creative flows, emphasis on breath work and clear alignment cues.
Yuliya
Yuliya is a Transformational Yoga & Mindfulness coach, Divine Feminine teacher, Mind- Body practitioner. If somebody told me at the beginning of my yoga journey at the age of 35 (now 41) that my body will have the strength and freedom it has now, I wouldn’t believe it (I don’t have gymnast or dancer background, nor have I ever done any flexibility training before).I stepped into yoga driven by debilitating pain and weakness in my joints/ligaments, severely trapped nerves in my left shoulder blade and misaligned pelvis after giving birth to my son Skyler. My aim was to take control of my health and cure myself of chronic pain. What came after, simply blew me away. Not only my pain became manageable and started to subside, but my body started to open up in the ways I’d never experienced before. With that openness, freedom & ease in my body came openness, freedom & ease in my mind.
