Hatha Flow with Sion


I'm Siôn, a dynamic mindfulness coach and yoga teacher, with a simple goal - to help people to access the healing power that these wonderful practices can bring. I’ve lived and breathed yoga and mindfulness for the last ten years, and it has been my privilege to assist individuals in using these practices to overcome anxiety through my courses, workshops and retreats. My focus is on creating a space for personal growth, and inner peace, and fostering a brighter outlook on life. Over the years I’ve built up a business running yoga and hiking retreats around the UK and Europe as well as successful online meditation courses helping people who struggle with anxiety and stress. I believe so strongly in the healing power of these practices and I love sharing them. My classes focus on a traditional Hatha yoga approach to strengthening the body, healing the nervous system, and finding peace from within. I love to create flowing sequences that take us out of our minds and more into our bodies.
