Funky Flow with Grace


On Thursdays we play around and explore how we can move when we are on the mat. Our sequences always have elements of balance, strength building, flexibility and mobility but you’ll need to keep your brain working and expect some funky transitions. After we have worked the body we will end the class with a few restorative poses to allow the mind to quieten and to bring softness into the body.
