6 Week Beginners Yoga Course

Enjoy the transformational benefits that yoga has to offer with this 6 week beginners course led by Sion Jones.
Each week contains a new theme helping you to develop a firm foundation in yoga. This course is ideal for those who have little to no experience of yoga, or those wanting to deepen their practice.
Every class will contain 45 mins of yoga and 15 mins of relaxation to help you wind down. Each class will also include a detailed explanation of the weeks theme. Here is the weekly breakdown:
Week 1 - Yoga Fundamentals - Learn the core principles and postures of yoga, learn about correct and efficient breathing
Week 2 - Finding Your Balance - Learn some basic balancing postures while deepening your connection with your body
Week 3 - Happy Hips - Tight hips can cause problems all over our body. Feel the release and ease of movement that comes from happier hips
Week 4 - Strong to the core / Back care - Learn how a strong core can alleviate back problems. We will also cover postures that are ideal for developing a strong and healthy back
Week 5 - Mindful Yoga - How learning and training yourself to stay in the present moment while practicing yoga can transform your practice. We will learn practical Mindfulness tools which you can use off the mat too.
Week 6 - Developing a home practice - Would you like to do yoga at home but not sure how? This class will provide you with everything you need to practice yoga safely and consistently at home.
A regular practice of yoga has immense benefits. Over this 6 weeks and after you are sure to see positive changes in both your body and mind.
